Funding locked in for domestic violence services in Caboolture

04 November 2016

People in the Caboolture region who have experienced domestic and family violence will have better access to support services thanks to a more than $10 million allocation of state-wide funding over the next five years.

State Member for Morayfield, Mark Ryan MP, said the Caboolture Regional Domestic Violence Service will receive $1.276 million over five years to support victims of domestic violence in Caboolture.

Mr Ryan said ending domestic violence in our community was an ongoing priority.

"By locking in this five year funding commitment for Caboolture Regional Domestic Violence Service, we’re ensuring certainty that this program will continue to be available to people affected by family and domestic violence in our community for years to come."
